A Message From The Owners

For over 23 years now, Marilyn and I have designed, developed and run Seacoast Mini Storage. This is our sole project, so it continues to get all of our attention. We are constantly striving to make this the best facility in the seacoast area. We feel that we not only offer service and convenience second to none, but we offer the best value in the area. With over 50% of our new customers walking in as “repeats” or referrals (good word of mouth), we feel happy with the job that we are doing.

During the late 90’s, we added the castle or “fortress” look to the front of our facility. This unique design allowed us to enter into the climate controlled segment of our business. So , we are now able to offer standard garage-type units, as well as climate controlled units for the more discerning customer. We are one of the few facilities to offer both types of storage, and with 35 different sizes to choose from, we feel that we have the answer to nearly all of your storage needs.

We are proud of our facility, so please take a moment to stop by and someone will be glad to show you around. By the way, isn’t it nice to know that if you are unhappy, for any reason, with your storage experience with us, you can talk to Marilyn or me directly.

Over the years we have come to realize that our facility fills a very important need for many people, and that is just one aspect of the business. The other aspect that we are privileged to provide is top quality customer service. Marilyn and I are proud to say that we work arm-in-arm with integrity-driven people who are more than happy to provide you with personal and caring service. Meet Our Managers


We’re Al and Maree, and we’ve been the resident managers here at Seacoast Mini Storage for over four years. After moving back to the area, we were in the market for a storage unit. We did a good bit of research and determined that Seacoast Mini Storage met all of our storage needs. We were customers first and then were fortunate enough to be “in the right place at the right time”.

We live right here on the premises and that enables us to give each and every storage experience the attention it needs and deserves. We also take great pride in the cleanliness and neatness of our facility. Al is always busy doing something around the grounds and the entire property reflects the TLC that it’s shown.

My name is Debra

Have you ever woken up and said “WOW, I get to go to work today”?   Well that’s how I feel about my job at the Seacoast Mini Storage.   I know, not many people can say that about their jobs.   I’m one of the lucky ones.

Let me tell you a bit about what I do.   I handle the customer service part of the business.   The best part about it is that I get to meet all the customers!   I help people during a time that can be very challenging for them.   People need storage for different reasons; their jobs, remodeling their home, and sometimes personal issues can cause a move.   Whatever the reason, it’s nice to be able to help them. We have 35 different sizes to choose from so it makes my job (and theirs!) a bit easier.   They also like the fact that we have 24 hour access for the regular storage buildings.

I started working at Seacoast Mini Storage in May of 1998.   I have seen lots of changes in that time.   My favorite is our upgrade to the 24 hour digital video surveillance system.   This keeps us up with the newest technology.

The owners are amazing.   They let me do my job and don’t hover over me.   They trust and respect all of us at Seacoast Mini Storage, but mostly, I’m proud to say they are my friends.   The resident managers at Seacoast are very supportive and considerate and they make me laugh a lot.   I couldn’t ask for better co-workers.
